Downtown Winter Market at The Gateway

 

The Winter Market at The Gateway is the perfect place to spend a Saturday morning this season. Held every Saturday from 10 am – 2 pm starting November 12th, the market features a wide variety of vendors who sell everything from fresh, locally-grown fruits and vegetables to florals and artisanal bread. Additionally, many of the booths will offer arts & crafts, so you’re able to browse unique, handmade gifts and art made by locals in the area. Luminaria at Thanksgiving Point

If you’re looking for an enchanting way to celebrate the holidays, Luminaria at Thanksgiving Point is the perfect choice! Located in Lehi, Luminaria is a walk-through light show made up of thousands of different colored lights. Not only will you get to holiday music and view all sorts of moving lit-up displays, but you’ll also get to see a 120-foot tree! This truly is an event for all ages, so it’s the perfect way to celebrate with a big group of loved ones. Typically, the show will take around an hour and a half to walk through completely. Frightmares at Lagoon Amusement Park

Every fall, Frightmares comes to Lagoon Amusement Park. On Fridays and weekends until October 30th, the park is transformed into a spooky fright-fest with haunted houses, family-friendly Halloween activities, and thrilling rides in the dark. There are also plenty of photo-op opportunities with frightful characters that roam throughout the grounds. Of course, there will also be plenty of Halloween candy for everyone! BOOtanical at Red Butte Garden

BOOtanical at Red Butte Garden is the perfect place to enjoy the fall season. Located in the foothills of the Wasatch Range in Salt Lake City, the garden features numerous plant collections, display grounds, and beautiful greenery with foliage that becomes vibrant with fall colors in the cooler months. While the botanical garden is open to visit year-round, it holds a Halloween-centered event from October 20th-30th with hundreds of lights and seasonal decor, activities for kids, and live music. Fall Festival at Cross E Ranch

The Fall Festival at Cross E Ranch is a great place to celebrate the Fall season! The event features a variety of fun activities, including hayrides, pumpkin painting, pig races, ziplining, a barrel train, a corn maze, and more! The ranch also offers lots of fun Fall foods, so make sure you try some of their famous apple cider donuts, a fresh gourmet caramel apple, or a bag of fresh kettle corn or roasted nuts.
