Paras Real Estate Office Assistant Needed
Preferably Licensed Agent to assist with marketing and other various office tasks
Part Time – possible Full Time Position Available
Requirements:
1) Licensed Real Estate Agent or in the process of being licensed so can transition into a Licensed Real Estate Agent.
2) Tech savvy with Excel, Word, Social Media, Videos Online, Posting Photos, Web Searching
3) Proficient in Photoshop or similar program for marketing materials
4) Personable with people
5) Able to multi-task
6) Marketing experience
7) Detail Oriented
8) Optimistic, Outgoing, and Consistent
9) Honesty and Integrity
10) Flexible with scheduling (nights and weekend availability occasionally)
11) Must provide Resume
12) Must provide at least three professional references
13) Must be comfortable with cold calling
14) Subject to a background check
Job Description:
Part time personal assistant to Principal Broker/Owner and Office Manager may turn into a Full Time position if we are a good fit for each other in a working team environment. Starting out at 3 days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. If not licensed will not be able to do all of the following job functions until a licensed Real Estate agent. However, must be in the process of getting licensed and once licensed will be responsible for more/all of these functions:
• Incoming calls, handling messages, setting up listing appointments, schedule showings
• Manage Marketing with listings, CRM management, Manage E-marketing, social media marketing
• Tracking the Business
• Running business errands and personal errands
• Transaction Coordinating
• Coordinating between clients and agents
• Flyers, postcards, excel sheets
• Eventually sales and training to be a team agent
